Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-personalised prints.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Because many of our prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised prints (name prints, custom word prints, bespoke designs)
• Custom-made or requested designs
• Sale items or gift cards

Under UK and EU consumer law, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Littlegiraffeprints1985@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement straight away — no return required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
